Metabolite analysis by GC-MS
The Finnigan Trace/DSQ GC-MS system is suitable for simultaneous detection of approximately 100 different metabolites including amino acids, mono- and disaccharides, organic acids, simple phenolics and plant hormones. The spectrum of detectable compounds can be extended upon request. The facility can be adapted for automatic measurement of a large number of samples.
